If desired by the student, the candidate's adviser, in consultation with the doctoral committee, will aid in selecting a minor field of study.
If the candidate elects one, a minimum of 15 credits must be taken in the minor. The minor program must meet the approval of the department or program responsible for the minor and also the Doctoral Committee.
