Animal Science Major
The Animal Science major is an exploration of livestock and companion animals that is geared toward careers in animal agriculture, science, government, academia, and veterinary medicine. The major offers a Business and Animal Management Track for students planning to take the lead in animal related industries, and a Science Track for students with a more focused interest in specific animal science disciplines like nutrition, reproduction, and physiology. The Science Track is a great path for students who plan to continue on to veterinary or graduate school.
