Youth and Parents

Join a community dedicated to helping you discover your strengths and form life-changing connections.

4-H helps young people find their passions, build real-world skills, and make lifelong friendships. It starts with experiential learning facilitated by a team of dedicated volunteers. Members take on projects in science, raising plants and animals, and civic engagement, and explore art, shooting sports, camp life, and more. 4-H'ers learn what it means to start with an idea and bring it to life through planning, hard work, and commitment.

At 4-H, we take leadership seriously. We offer proven leadership training and opportunities to serve in local, state, and national leadership roles. 4-H has served as the proving grounds for countless leaders in government, academics, and business. But, most of all, 4-H is about friendship. There is no place like a community of welcoming, positive kids for finding friendships that last a lifetime.

Find your path in life. It all starts with 4-H.

We are a community that is all about helping young people discover what they’re good at, learn what they have to contribute, and always know they are valued.

4-H is a career launching pad. Members learn real-world, valuable skills they can take with them through life. Through clubs, members gain exposure across the professional spectrum and learn about possibilities in government, business, agriculture, education, and more.

We teach leadership. We ask members to put those lessons to work in local, state, and national 4-H leadership positions.

4-H is a place to be a friend. You will find people who want to learn, grow, and contribute. People who are positive and determined. People like you. Join us.
