4-H Reenrollment!

The first thing you are going to do is go to 4h.zsuite.org. If this is your first time using zSuite, you will need to...

Create a Family/Household Account

1. Click on SIGN UP. This will take you to the sign-up screen.
2. In the first drop-down, select PENNSYLVANIA from the drop-down menu.
3. In the second drop-down, select your county of residence.
4. Enter the email used in 4HOnline and confirm it. If you do not remember your 4HOnline email, please email the Bucks County 4-H Office at BucksExt@psu.edu
5. Enter the Last name of the primary household member who will be responsible for the 4-H youth information entered into the system.
6. Create and confirm a password that is easily remembered. The password needs to be at least 6 characters in length.
7. Create a 4-character PIN. This PIN allows the primary household member to electronically sign documents for enrollment.
8. Select LET'S GO.

This will now direct you over to your household account that has been transferred into zSuite.

Enroll as a volunteer or as a 4-H club member

1. Click on the +HOUSEHOLD button.
2. Enter the member's name, role, and birth date for youth. Click CONTINUE.
3. Here you will enter the requested member information. When you are done with that, click NEXT.
4. Here you will read and electronically sign the 4-H participation waivers. When you are done, click NEXT.
   *Volunteers will be asked to upload a copy of their up-to-date clearances and Mandated Reporter Training. These need to be Pictures of PDFs. You can take pictures of your clearances with your phone or use one of the home scanning options listed at this link to help with accomplishing this.
5. Here is where you will select your club or clubs and desired projects.
6. Select your county. This defaults to your county of residence submitted when you created your account.
7. Select your Club. Select ADD CLUB.
8. Select ADD PROJECT for the club selected. Select the desired project and if needed, complete the additional information requested. Select ADD PROJECT and selection will be added to the club. Feel free to add additional clubs or projects.
9. When done, click SUBMIT.
10. You will be taken to the cart checkout. If you need to add additional members feel free to do that but once you are done and all members have added, enter your payment information.
