Update - Nondelegated Counties and SCC Regional Coordinator Map

Please be advised that the following county conservation districts (1st map below) do not hold Act 38 Nutrient Management and Chapter 91 Manure Management Delegation.

As of the date of this notice, all Act 38 Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs) and Act 49 Nutrient Balance Sheets developed for operations located in the following counties shall be submitted to the SCC Regional Coordinator (attached 2nd map).

Volunteer Animal Operation (VAO), Concentrated Animal Operation (CAO) and Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) NMPs and Act 49 NBS developed by manure brokers in the above counties will be acted on, etc. by the SCC moving forward.
