Our lab is involved in nutrition and management related aspects of dairy calves and heifers as well as forage particle size issues with lactating dairy cows. Current projects are related to colostrum immunoglobulin absorption in neonate calves, nutrient requirements of precision fed heifers and particle size needs of the rumen-healthy dairy cow.
