Meat Sale Price List

Every Friday during the Spring and Fall semesters, the Penn State Meat Market holds a sale at the Meats Laboratory. From Penn State farms to Happy Valley's plates, the Friday Meat Sale offers you a variety of meat products. Try it for your tailgate parties!

We regularly offer fresh beef and pork, ham, bacon, and sausages, as well as beef snack sticks and summer sausage. Occasionally, lamb and poultry is available. The sale starts at 9:30 a.m. and operates until 3:00 p.m. (or until we're sold out). We do not ship products - in-store purchases only.
