Teaching Experience

Teaching activities have included undergraduate courses in feeds and feeding, ruminant nutrition, companion animal nutrition, advanced canine nutrition, meat animal management, beef production, and sheep production and team teaching of a graduate research methods course.

  • Monthly columnist (livestock management) for the American Agriculturist (1983-1992) and the Pennsylvania Farmer (1992-present) magazines.
